Voice for the Voiceless
A film on reggae sound systems in New Cross, featuring Les Back and Lez Henry, who both spoke at our Lewisham 77 commemoration event.

Our films were made by volunteers, including Goldsmiths MA Screen Documentary students, in collaboration with Deptford TV, a project which uses open source technologies to generate new forms of collaborative film-making to document changes in SE London.]

Red Saunders, a founder of Rock Against Racism in the 1970s, recalls Lewisham '77 on last Saturday's commemorative walk from New Cross to Lewisham.

Lewisham 77 video footage
This clip includes some footage of the Grunwick strike 1977, followed by lots of Lewisham footage, including ALCARAF march, clashes on New Cross Road, and police being issued with riot shields in Lewisham High Street.
